Thanks to our advanced, modern, and state-of-the-art laboratories, all analysis, inspection, and examination methods defined by global standards can be performed. In this regard, all analyses recommended by the International Olive Council (IOC) Commercial Standard for Olive Oil and Olive-Pomace Oil to determine the purity criteria for olive oil and olive-pomace oil are conducted.

 

Analytical Laboratory and Controls

 

Our laboratory conducts comprehensive controls at all stages, from the acceptance of raw materials for all oil groups to the moment the final product reaches the consumer, ensuring quality and reliability. Operating in compliance with international standards and food regulations, our laboratory employs cutting-edge analytical devices and a team of experts to meticulously evaluate the chemical composition of oils.

The most accurate way to determine the purity and quality of oils is through chemical analysis. These analyses scientifically verify the authenticity, processing status, shelf life, and safety of the oils.

 

Microbiological Laboratory and Controls

 

This modern laboratory is responsible for:

  • Conducting inspections of all incoming materials and raw ingredients,
  • Preventing potential issues that may arise during production and processing,
  • Monitoring the quality of the water used in production, and
  • Ensuring continuous control of personnel hygiene.

All analyses comply with the Turkish Food Codex Microbiological Criteria Regulation, which outlines the required microbiological standards.

 

Sensory Evaluation and Analysis Laboratory

 

Our laboratory is designed in accordance with International Olive Council (IOC) standards and evaluates the sensory properties of olive oils using methods specified in these standards.

Analyses are conducted by internationally trained and certified expert tasters, who carefully examine the quality and sensory characteristics of our products.

Our olive oils are evaluated based on key sensory criteria, including fruitiness, bitterness, and pungency.

Following the methods and scoring systems established by the International Olive Council, our olive oils are classified into the following categories: Intense Flavor, Smooth Flavor, Light Flavor.

Our laboratory continuously enhances sensory analysis processes to set the highest quality standards in the industry and ensures the most accurate and objective evaluation results.
